Complaint!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible and very conceited service buy Janine Swift at Trafalgar. I would like to be assisted by someone else. Firstly i send her an email requesting to view the place she tells me , No you can only view once your application has been approved, like what the hac**** how do i apply ,give my personal information for an apartment that i dont know???, i left a please call message with the receptionist earlier today that was around 9am nothing has come to me from her end. i sent her an email requesting to call her, apparently she has zoom meetings the afternoon so she cant take calls. this is so pathetic, i am wondering if clientele value is considered by this agency. please call me ***or email ***
