Cannot get hot water after paying so much at Carlswald Luxury Apartments
<p>We cannot believe the amount of ******* we are going through to get hot water at Carlswald Luxury Apartments. The maintenance manager cannot be bothered. Just continuous calls to Lucky Matloha which don't get answered because he puts his business cell off. I know this because the receptionist was able to get hold of him on his personal number. </p>
