Breaking covid 19 rules
Due to covid there should be restrictions put into place at the complex yet people are just doing whatever they want and not caring if they pass the virus onto other residents. There are children just running wild all day and disturbing people, apart from that they are knocking on doors that they don't live in and playing in the parking lots where people drive. Management isn't doing anything about this and it's not safe for my family. Once again it's been proven that trafalgar only cares for money and not our safety.

08 Jan 2021, 16:01It's Villa Bianco in Centurion which is managed by the Pretoria branch.
Trafalgar is the MANAGEMENT of this property and therefore should ensure the residents are safe even if they need to instruct the trustees to enforce rules, as told by the president the pool isn't to be used yet there are people using it, if nothing is done to assure my familys safety I will be laying a complaint against trafalgar as I pay my rent to them, if they are capable of sending everyone a notice to have matching curtains to boost curb appeal and not dry clothes inside the unit then they are capable of doing something about residents that are living however they please and not caring about the rest of us that are taking precautions.
