BEWARE! Do your own inspections!

We should have received our full R16590 deposit but instead only received R12672. They ripped me off for R3918 to repaint 2 walls and clean a carpet which was dirty and smelly to begin with when my daughter took occupation 6 months ago. I offered to repaint the walls and clean the carpet myself (at a fraction of the cost) but was told that "i was given enough time.." We cleaned from day1 and kept it neat and tidy until she moved out. We left the 2 bed apartment at 26 Milner Gardens in a very clean, far better condition with electric units remaining compared to what we found it when she moved in My daughter lived there for 6 months with flaking walls and a damp smell. Despite many promises to repair this they did nothing and then still had the audacity to charge me R3918 for so called "damages" and then paid the balance of my deposit 41 days later
