belligerent ,inept ,colluding,arrogant and dangerous for any complexes finances .

the ceo shcaefer ,and els the evasive employee and propaganda runner ,has mislead and colluded with trustees .we have millions missing ,no transparency and its taken 3 months + to äudit "the financials with the trustees apparently there to sign off on it . its going to be interesting how they going to sign off on 7 bar missing .over inflated costs by trafalgar "services ,over priced service providers ,non compliant overpriced insurances run by trafalgar that dont pay out, service providers not for filling their full contracts and paid in full only to employ outside services at extra costs and thats only the tip of the ice-burg , els and michael evade constantly . the actual managing agent is as usless as **** on a bull ,they already facing serious financial allegations with CSOS ..any other complex in a similar position?? . please leave your comment here .

As per the volumes of correspondence between our office and yourself over the past few months, we strongly deny any and all allegations noting that you have failed, to date, to provide any proof of wrongdoing on either Trafalgar’s or, and more recently, the auditor’s part despite months of ongoing abusive and vitriolic e-mails directed onto our offices and staff. Worth noting that you have not spared your (fellow former) trustees the same abuse., they who have also been on the receiving end of your abusive attacks and allegations. 
 
A number of your allegations have already been disproved by owners who attended our offices to inspect financial records, again a point you conveniently exclude on this public forum; we note the receipt of a dispute lodged with the Community Scheme Ombud Service which was received by our offices yesterday (9/9/19) and look forward to ventilating in this the appropriate forum. 
 
We will not be engaging in back and forth correspondence with yourself and caution you on making (further) defamatory statements as we will not hesitate in taking the appropriate action and seeking the appropriate relief.
