I have been a resident of a Trafalgar managed property for 7 years, initially as a tenant and now as an owner.

I have never met more *********** people in my life. As a person with a post graduate qualification, not that that makes me better than anyone else, I expect a certain level of logic and understanding.

When I initially moved in we had a lady called Yuliya, who was later found to be one of the strip dancers at lollipop lounge. To be fair she was actually pleasant and very helpful, but I continually received warnings about noise despite it being in acceptable hours.

Fast forward to today and we have Michelle Kriel and Christy Lyn Coetzer who apply rules as they see fit. One rule applies to one unit, but another doesn't. When you call them out they tell you to take it to CSOS. I did and I would urge you ALL TO DO THE SAME. This unfair treatment needs to be brought to light. Hiding behind emails and poorly trained admin ladies needs to stop!

I have sent multiple legal letters which are ignored. You are basically a prisoner in your own home.

The complex I live in has a rule of no pets. A person living below me has had 2 cats for years. She continued to complain about noise in normal hours. When I lost it and called out said person their transgression suddenly, despite the pets being there for at least 8 years prior, was supported by a medical letter. This was supposedly provided claiming they are emotional support pets, and TRAFALGAR and their crony trustees allowed it.

The same said complainant is friends with one of the trustees and clearly receives preferential treatment.

I please URGE you all to lodge CSOS cases as this injustice needs to stop!
