BAD MANAGING AGENTS BY TRAFALGAR

Pathetic Managing agents. They supposedly manage the complex called Lilyfield, from yesterday (15/03/2020) we have had no hot water. I called them today, and the lady called Sharlene tells me they battling with finding a heat pump specialist and i must try and get one as im complaining about not having hot water...my bills are all paid and we certainly do not deserve this.

Then i get told "oh its not our fault" whose fault is it doesnt make a difference, as being the current managing agents it is your fault. Solutions must be found rather than saying this. We have been battling with this hot water issue for a long long time, surely it doesnt not take one year to sort the problem out?

I want my hot water sorted today!!!!!!
