Bad management and evasion.

Trafalgar's incompetence is beyond belief. My experience at Iona Court in Rondebosch is a perfect example. Before I bought my unit, they had a professional leak detection done (I have the report!) that pinpointed the source of a major leak to faulty pipes in my unit. They knew about this pre-existing problem. Did they disclose it to me? Absolutely not.Obviously this is not there responsibility but the previous owner and the estate agent. Now, the leak is causing massive damage to my unit and the unit below me, and they're playing dumb, refusing to take responsibility. It's not just bad management; it feels deliberately deceptive. I'm convinced they're hoping I'll just eat the cost of repairs. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of non-disclosure from Trafalgar? I'm looking for advice on how to hold them and the previous owner accountable.
