It is an absolute disgrace how unprofessional the portfolio agent that deals with Inyanga in Albertville is! She clearly is still new to the field and needs a little more training at best! If not that then she is of the previous era and is very backwards!!! How do you discrimnate against a single unit in a complex of 50 units of which various individuals have dogs that excrete as they please? The best part is that there is no evidence but rather hearsay! I asked for more details regarding where & when my dogs supposedly committed the offence of excreting on common property,of which the explaination given was that a resident "saw it" and didnt want to be named due to fear of being vicimized...where have you ever heard of such pathetic reasoning!Thereafter my account was credited with a penalty of which there was no footage or evidence except but this tenant's word! I have forwarded the emails to EFF,702, wendy knows I am sure they will have a field day with this!!! This agent should lose her job it's absolutely ridiculous. I am not going to leave this one!!!
