Appallling Trafalgar no management of properties.

This company needs an investigation into their management and work ethics. I have battled with one of the ‘managers’ who keeps fobbing me off with one-liners. Never doing what he says he is. I have been battling to get gutters fixed since mid-January with no results. Who can one go to to get help? The building is in an appalling state. There is no interest from the trustees nor Trafalgar management. The management will not take responsibility for anything. Help!
