Appalling, unprofessional business practices.
I'm so appalled in the manner which Trafalgar does it's business. On the 6th of May I inquired about a property to rent in Villa Bianco Centurion. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Isaac. On the 11th of May I paid a deposit to secure the unit for occupation on the 1st of June. On the 27th made a full payment which included the admin fee and the first months rent and the lease agreement was then signed. On the eve of my occupation date I was then advised that I can no longer move in as the other tenet will no longer be moving out. as a result I'm left stranded and offered a unit elsewhere which we not even sure if that tenet will be moving out or not. I find this to be very unprofessional cause non of this is my fault and I'm the one left stranded at the eve of my occupation date.
Unfortunately neither Trafalgar nor the Landlord can take responsibility if a Tenant decides not to move out of a unit anymore. We have offered you another unit which you did not accept. We are in the process of refunding you.
