Account handed over whilst payment arrangement in place
<p>My property levies are handled by Trafalgar. Within the same month of making a payment arrangement and making the first payment my account was handed over to attorneys and charges were added. I have been calling the office and emailing the person who is managing the account but she doesn't reply or call me back. Who will be responsible for payment of all this lawyers costs? I don't get any form of assistance but get threatened with lawyers all the time!</p>

In has nithe middle of resolving my query I get sent an email from Trafalgar attorneys. Who has no insight whatsoever to the challenge I need assistance with . Whilst I was of a view that accountability was somewhat being taken for the maladministration (ignorance of all requests made for payment arrangements )to my account being handed over accumulating unnecessary charges, I get sent this email which is full of arrogance. Is that the planned manner of resolving my query Karen by way of ************?

Good day, I have a long email that Elwin Els - our inhouse attorney - who has investigated the matter - has sent to you. It seems that you have not kept to arrangements made and that is why the account was handed over to attorneys for collection.

Hi Karien. Please share with me such an arrangement made with your in house attorneys since I'm not aware of such. This should be your pint of departure of your investigation into this matter. How can my account be handed over whilst the payment arrangement I have made with Trafalgar is still in effect and I have not defaulted? Please engage as well with Queen the person that has accepted my arrangement and advise me if I have failed to adhere with such. For your information in have not received nor heard of a person called Elwin until lately during this dispute. Your so called attorneys are charging me and have not even attempted to contact me any form. Ask them to give you proof of contact with and let's see what they produce! Why should I pay the legal cost, tell me?

I have requested our Pretoria office and Elwin to contact you in this regards. Elwin is not charging you anything - he is our inhouse attorney that deals with matters that we have handed over to attorneys for collection.
