Absolutely appalling service received from Thabile Baloyi and Ginette Beziudenhout. Would definitely not recommend purchasing a property managed by Trafalgar, or choose them to manage your property for you. 4 years down the line and they’ve done nothing to sort out a leak into my unit in an apartment block. Additionally due to taking so long and due to the residual leak insurance has also rejected the claim. Also worst communication I’ve ever experienced, with 90% of emails being completely ignored, many times when calling reception states they “just stepped out the office” no matter the time of day when calling. And the promises to get them to call you back are never fulfilled. Cherry on top is when asking for any updates on the situation today their response was an email asking what I would like an update on, as though they are completely unaware of the issue we have been trying to sort out for the past 4 years. Definitely avoid Trafalgar at all costs
