Terrible workmanship, unfinished project and unsafe aluminium installation

We hired TradingsBuild for renovations at Pelican Heights, including bathroom , bedroom and aluminium work. The quality was shocking — tiles are uneven, electrical sockets *****ed, lights near the mirror too high, and when asked to fix it, they demanded extra payment for their own mistake. The shower drain has no slope at all, so water stands. We’ve been waiting over a week for them to come and fix it — they never show up. Nothing was placed straight!!! They redid the bathroom vanity four times and still couldn’t get it right. One worker walked off site after being told that vanity done wrong and wood cut not straight ! and he clearly had no idea how to use floating brackets. They can only break walls, not finish anything properly. Even the aluminium subcontractors they brought (Aluminium Depo / SaudiQ Aluminium) delivered unsafe work — doors and windows full of gaps, misaligned and unstable. We didn’t pay the final balance because the job was not completed and nothing was done to acceptable standards. TradingsBuild must be investigated — nothing about their workmanship is professional or compliant.
