ACCOUNT NUMBER ***8 FROZEN FOR FOUR MONTHS AND ALL MOST A MONTH PENDING WITHDRAWAL PROCESS OF $28.80

Please be warned all retail or forex beginners about two faced registered forex brokers. In this particular warning to be exact I'm exposing XMGGlobal Forex trading Platform, which I hold a standard account with them (***8). As a position trader be warned of over night fees XMGLOBAL forex trading fees are charging as it will affect your equity negatively. I made a deposit into my account of R999.00 on the 12th of February 2025, it was delayed by the online known as ozow, while deducted from my bank account. Then later re¬directed into my xm trading wallet. On days going by my account ***8 was disabled by the same xm brokerage and I was notified about same funds invistigation and asked to provide all necessary proof that R999.00 payment deposit, which I did.

To add on that it's been four months my account ***8 with xmglobal forex trading platform since they have frozen my account. All the attempts I have made they have fallen on deaf ears. As for their chat agents are collectively rude and beyond secondary cold. XMGGlobal Forex trading platform was once one of the best trading platform, as of lately it is run like a ponzi scheme. Why freeze or disable only operational trading, withdrawals and allow deposits isn't that ****ming... I also have a pending withdrawal which I made on 14/04/2025 yet today is the 08/05/2025 and my withdrawal is still pending process. I have emailed their support, finance and even my account manager Lukhanyo Dyantyi and all my quiries I was to an instigation department will revert to me via email, till now and it's been 4 months plus with a disabled account and close to a month waiting for a pending withdrawal. In my opinion wikifx must take a close look at XMGLOBAL forex trading platform and drustically reduce their trust index points as their service has detorieted beyond repair. When choosing a broker becarefull don't just follow that it just registered, that's their case as for individual what makes a mammoth mark it's services... Fast service it's a good service and XMGLOBAL forex trading platform lacks it with a cumlaude.
