Purchased a Honda vehicle for R80 000 on 24 May 2020. A day later, the car just wouldn't start. Trading Auto Cars then arranged for it to be towed back to Pretoria. When I got to the dealership I informed the salesman that since I did not have the vehicle for more than 24 Hours I would like to cancel the deal and be refunded. They are refusing to give me a refund and insist that I take the vehicle and pay for the cost of towing the vehicle from Johannesburg to Pretoria. In the process the manager has instructed the salesman to cease all communication with me. In the interim, I am sitting without my money and a car. I humbly request intervention in the matter.
