DAMAGED PARCELS AND NO CARE FROM COMPANY PROVIDING SERVICE

I used this service for the very first time last week , My parcel was collected at my supplier and delivered the following day (as i requested) The parcel when received and opened by my client was damaged at the bottom. The Op Manager is telling me that there is nothing he can do as the parcel has been signed off as good . How can my client see that the parcel is damaged when it is closed? He is also stating that it is my suppliers fault of it breaking in transport. There is no information of "t's and c's or any kind of not responsible for goods damaged given to me as i only received my invoice the day of delivery which also provided no information. only a amount and banking details . Companies as such is not there for client retention or service but more just for the money as Jan Lues (OPS manager is not helpful at all by wanting to make an appointment to come and see me but immediately says that he cant attend ..Very unorganized POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
