Warranty period ridiculously short for an expensive product like this

December 2018 a number of Suhl Wicker Loungers for the guesthouse patio were purchased from the Cape Town Branch of Tradewinds. Less than 20 months later the wicker on each of these so-called good quality high-priced outdoor loungers snapped in a number of places presenting both unsightly holes in the wicker as well as pieces sticking up with a possibility of their now sharp ends inflicting injury on a person. Tradewinds are not interested in replacing the product claiming that they are out of warranty and suggest a 10% discount on future purchases from them. A warranty of less than two years for a product that is supposedly a good quality product is absurd.

Be warned when considering buying products supp**** by Tradewinds. The same fate and waste of money may befall you.
