Worked 2 days in June and no payment recieved

I worked for Tradeway Promotions on the first weekend of June and was told by Kaylee Bothma I would be paid R2000 for the weekend and that usually promoters get paid 2 weeks after they have worked but I would be paid Friday the next week because I had to work on such short notice. I worked at Checkers Hyper in Roodepoort on the 6th of June 2015 from 08:30-16:00. I then worked on the 7th of June 2015 from 10:00-14:00 at a Spar in Bryanston. I asked the manager to email the feedback forms to me as she said she didn't have any with her. I waited a few days before she emailed the forms after sending her Whatsapp messages and sms's to remind her and when she sent them I somehow lost the email and asked both managers if they would resend the forms to me and sent my banking details to them as well. I waited a few hours before they responded. I sent the forms back immediately after they sent them and I was told that I missed the cut off time and I would only be paid on the 21st of June. I am still waiting to be paid. If I had been given the forms on the day I worked would I have had my money when they claimed I would? Or does Tradeway use people to do work for them and just not pay them?
