Damage to my household Appliances

I am still waiting for response for the damage caused by one of your drivers who bumbed the electricity cable as a result my house almost got burned had the neighbors came to the rescue. Please note that my television set, Dstv decoder and DVD Player not working. This is a real inconvenience for my family as the kids are at home and that is not working.
