misled in confirmation of unit

<p>My sister ****a booked a unit at Midlands saddle and trout for a week from 23rd Dec 2016 with tradeunipoint. The confirmation clearly states a private pool but we were misled. We were charged R20 000 for the unit which was definately overpriced and we have no private pool as stipulated. After complaining they decided to move us to a smaller unit but that will only happen on Tuesday which will be 5 days later. I'm very disappointed and demand to be compensated for being misled and also for the the inconvenience and overcharge.
