Our experience with this Logistics supplier has been very poor from inception. From the original loading of the cargo onto the vessel to our door. The most disappointing of all was when our good arrived damaged costing R152809.82 to repair. After wanting them to reimburse us under their transporter of choice GIT insurance policy, we have been met with silence. After we had our legal team involved, we were advised that they accept no liability and will not provide route tracking for the truck that delivered the goods. We are aware this truck diverted from the main route as the N4 was blocked. Very limited communication and definitely will never never use this supplier again.
