My lived-experiencd of dealing with this company is traumatic and horrible. I initially requested to withdraw in August 2021 and it has been an uphill battle since then. My dissatisfaction peaked when I just stopped receiving payouts, before then my payouts had gotten less and less, inspite of it never having been the amount I was promised upon my initial investment. The service fee should also be refundable because the service has been disturbing and disgusting. Each request for my money was met with an excuse or a lie. The owner would respond after I asked about payment and say that he had made payment and then change his story when I still had not recieved it days later. On one of the 3 occasions I went to his house to demand my money, I met with another gentleman who explained that he was in the same boat but he had made his investment and not received a single payout. What was worse, the gentleman shared that we were not the only people and that others had invested much more than we had and they wanted their money too. The owner treats you like he is doing you a favor when you insisted upon answers regarding your hard-earned money. He ignores your texts and is nonchalant to the desperate cries for repayment.Then he says he will give my balance and then he says he can't and I have to receive weekly payments which are also not consistent. I've been at this for 4 months and he told me it will continue into the new year... My money could have been invested somewhere else, with someone else and now that can't even happen. Please think very carefully, before you invest your money here.
