Rude and impolite Receptionist

The receptionist ,Yvonne, had a stinky bad attitude from the minute I walk into the shop to get a quote for reupholstering my lounge suite. Her attitude was actually bordering on utter rudeness. She should not be dealing with customers at all as she lacks interpersonal skills .<br> It really felt like I was in an apartheid store from the 1980s. <br> <br> I walked out of the store furious and I sincerely hope the the owner will deal with this matter very soon. The company might have their loyal customers but they will lose new customers with Yvonne dealing with the public.
