Do not invest with TraderVC

In May this year I decided to explore binary options trading with the company TraderVC. I am an amateur and was fooled into thinking an initial payment of 200USD was sufficient to start trading. As it turns out, it was not nearly enough as suggested. From the get go I had to deal with rude employees and was pushed and pushed into investing more and more money. I came to a point where I was unable to invest anymore and since then I no longer count as a customer and am treated like dirt. It was explained to me that I get a 30 day trial to see if this works for me. Before the time was up I requested to get my money back. R20000 to be exact. During this time my financial advisor invested ALL of my money into 6 months + trades so I was unable to access it and did so without my knowledge. Even though I did a lot of research during this time, I was also fooled into accepting a bonus - something people continually warned against online as it makes it even more difficult to access your money. I am now in a position where my financial advisor treats me like an idiot and refuses to correspond with me. The agreement was that when the trades were done I would get my money back. But now I am unable to do so as the company refuses to give me my money back and refuses to communicate with me. I have never experienced such poor service with such a lack of communication. I implore anyone to not invest with this company as the staff is unreliable and just plain rude. Do not accept a 'bonus' in any capacity as this prolongs the period of not being able to make a withdrawal of your money. I want to end my contract but my financial advisor - aside from being patronising and rude - refuses to communicate with me, and now I have had enough. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY.
