Trademarker (Pty) Ltd

I have submitted my application to register a trademark to Trademarker (Pty) Ltd on 14/10/2020 and had to pay their invoice in full.

Since I have submitted the documents for the registration to Trademarker (Pty) Ltd (AND PAID THEIR INVOICE IN FULL), I had to follow up numerous times from my side - they don't even bother to make an effort to check in every once in a while to provide me with an update (think they actually did once).

Today marks EIGHTEEN MONTHS - still no feedback or TM certificate.

I will NOT recommend their services to anyone. Once they have received your payment, they just pull up their shoulders. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would have.
