Not received my trademark certificate in almost 3 years
Although they communicate well via email (only), I paid to file a trademark name in 2020 and now 2 YEARS later an Australian company filed the same name, when it should actually belong to me! I was told to pay again for them to use different lawyers than Stead Law (who's fault it is) if i wanted to take it further :(

Its a difficult road ahead , but it will get done eventually. Stead Law has to right its wrongs one way or the other. Hoping this will conclude sooner than later.
