IGNORE THE 5* REVIEWS

The 5-star rating for Tradelocal is completely misleading. Based on the stellar reviews, I contacted them expecting reliable service. I was promised a prompt call back—a week went by with complete radio silence. I followed up again, received another empty promise of a call back, and once again, nothing. It makes you wonder if those glowing 5-star reviews are ****. The plumbing trade already suffers from a bad reputation for unreliability, and Tradelocal is proving exactly why that stereotype exists. If you actually need plumbing work done in a reasonable timeframe, save yourself the frustration and hire someone else.
