****y Service/ non delivery

I was promised that my order number ***0 that I am waiting for it since the 20th of August 2021 will arrive today the latest. I have never received any communication nothing. I had planned that I will use that parcel but to my disappointment, I have not received my parcel and no communication. What a ****y service ,I will never buy from they and I will never encourage anyone to. **** service.
