Wrong Fishing Reel Delivered

I ordered from Tradeinn and ended paying a total of R 4196.47 including delivery and customs fees in December and received the items in February. The problem wasn’t the long wait (it came from Spain) but the fact that the wrong reel was sent. I ordered a right hand heel, as advertised in the pictures and received a left hand reel. Despite my complaint and pointing out that the fault was not mine, but theirs, they insisted they would not be held liable and that I would have to pay to return the reel (R±900 using DHL). I then was told by them that they would not swap the reel, but that I would be refunded and would then have to place a new order for the reel I wanted (which would probably be wrong again as the item is still advertised as a right hand but doesn’t give an option to choose between left or right). This would then mean that in order for me to hopefully receive the right reel that I so badly wanted I would end up spending approximately R2000 (for a R3000) reel and waiting 9 months for all the delivery and return time, because they sent the wrong item. So my advice to anybody in South Africa would not to waste your precious time or hard earned money on anything from TradeInn as they suck your bank account dry and not give a damn.
