TradeInn not suitable for international trade.

I have ordered inflatable lifejackets, and when it reached the Netherlands on route to South Africa, it got rejected by Xray. The travking company show it's status as Lost or Destroyed. It is impossible to call someone. The help centre just take you in circles as you are communicating with bots all the time. When you state your case you get a reply in Spannish. I don't know how I am going to get my money back. They don't respond on emails. There is no way to phone them. This company is not fit to deal internationally.

What can I do get hold of them and get my money back?
