I ordered a cellphone on 5 Nov 2023 was shipped on 15 Nov tracking updates stopped on 5 Dec2023 called post office got told parcel was returned on 14 Dec due to a violation did not pass customs.. I am still waiting on my refund.. and they no longer reply..this is a ****
