TradeInn false advertising

I ordered expensive bike tyres from them on 29 May 2024. Received order confirmation and payment in order. They then provide a order tracking function, indicating my order is in transit, and will be delivered 10 June 24. That came and went, so I waited 3 days to be fair. The tracking on their App also showed no progress. I now started worrying, and lodged a query on their WhatsApp Robot link. I also never received a tracking number. I then realized they use SA Post office to deliver. The WhatsApp feedback included a tracking number, and also advised that it could take 15 to 60 days for customs clearance. That is false advertising. I called SA Post office 3 times, only to find that they still have not received the goods. I still don't know where the tyres are. TradeInn leaves the tracking up to me now. Beware of this... How does Temu get it right On time everytime. I hope I get my goods some day 😡
