TRADEINN FAILURE TO DELIVER - *****??

I paid including delivery 21 Nov 2020 and have still not received the parcel as at 7th Feb 2021. Trade-in customer support continue to tell ME to go to my local post office (despite me having already been countless times). Tracking down and delivering the parcel is Tradeinn's responsibility as I purchased including delivery. Shocking service and I now suspect ***** based on them failing to deliver within a reasonable time of notice of expected delivery (7th Dec 2020) . I will never purchase from Tradeinn again!
