It might be better in other countries, but if you stay in RSA you are going to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT (3 months so far). They deliver through the post office and that made it even worse! We paid for delivery but nobody (at TradeInn or any of the 4 post offices I visited knew where the package are). Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from this company.
