the worse shopping experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes in March 2021. And i still haven't received it or my refund i have been asking for, for months now! I feel they are *****ing my money and the customer care is very poor! I am very unhappy with them and i wouldn't recommend shopping with them to anybody!
