Extremely unhappy and disappointed with the service! I ordered a device on August 18, and almost a month later, I have received nothing! I was given a Colissimo tracking number... which indicates that Colissimo, in France, has never received a package, has not taken charge of a package. I paid almost 190 euros for this product, and I got nothing, it's shameful, for a first experience on this site! If I do not have a replacement product shipped quickly, I file a complaint at the police station where I reside in France as well as a complaint in Spain, for *****, with the police in Celrà, in Girona.
