Disgusting. NEVER do business with them. Ordered and paid in full, for delivery to my office, mid Aug 2023, estimated delivery date 1 Sep 2023. Tradeinn hide behind a screen, every time you follow up. When you ask for a refund no comment is made. In the end the purchaser is left chasing the parcel, at the point of entry to SA, customs, post office (not easy dealing with SA Post Office). Finally got the parcel, which I had to collect from PO, and pay R560 import duty!!!!!
