I am still awaiting the delivery of my order. RU***NL

The order has now been in transit for over 6 months. No one can provide me with any concrete information.

I paid you the sender money, not only for my product but also to ship the product to me and as it stands now I no longer know whether I am going to receive it. Yet I paid you for it. Do you think that is right? And that it is fair????

I pay for a service but received nothing in return.

If you cannot provide me proof of communication on the whereabouts of my order. Please inform me on what I should and can do in order to be refunded because this is really unacceptable.
