Ordered 2 pairs of etnies shoes, after waiting around 2 months I contacted support to make a claim. Suppoert told me not to worry and item will be there in 60 days. Waited the period and contacted support again. They told me then that I am out of the claim period and there is nothing they can do. Then that support person never rep**** and only got generic mails stating I am out of claim period. After speaking with my post office there was no evidence of any package, and I gave them all 3 tracking numbers I was provided. One Tradeinn support told me that they use ghost ahipping and are umable to tell me the whereabouts of the package. This is a huge **** and I will be reporting this to Hollands umbudsman, everyone here should do the same so they are held accountable.
