poor service

i oprder and paid for a Huawei p40 lite from Tradeinn on 11/08/2021 and to date i have not received it despite being informed that I will receive it on 03/09/2021. They are unable to provide a clear expalanation as to what happened to the package and i am always being send from pillar to post when equiring.
