parcel not received

I purchased a parcel through Tradeinn in April. I tried to contact them but until now I have not received any feedback regarding my parcel whereabouts. I tried to claim for lost parcel as I paid for insurance but was told it's only valid for 30 days even though I was told to wait for at least 60 days.
