Never delivered

It’s a **** don’t fall for it! I bought a shoes last month and in the purchase screen was writing it would take 5 days to delivery. After two weeks of delay I sent them an email and they told me that could take between 15-30 days??? Like what??? If they haven’t **** in the ad I would never had bought but ok, two days ago I received a text saying it was delivered but I didn’t receive! I sent them emails again, I contact the store through the website and they don’t answer me. They don’t have any “I didn’t receive the order” button in anywhere and sim starting to accept that was a ****. Be aware, don’t buy in this company!!!
