I paid for no delivery 100 dollars

I ordered 2 bike tires and an inner tube 1/20. Revieved update 2/2 items reach sort center. I never recieved any other updates and never recieved my purchase. Now its 4/15 and still have not recieved package. They dont even try to find out where your package is. Beware of this company, ill never make a purchase again from any of their subsideraries
