Faulty product and bad customer service

My order number is ***3. I have ordered very expensively 2x helmets (Nolan N100-5 Plus distinctive N-Com Modular Helmet) that were advertised to have the n-com B902L communication system and ESS installed. (The helmet is set up and approved with an installed n-com communication system and with the innovative ess (emergency stop signal) The helmets arrived yesterday with no communication system installed. I have paid import tax as well on this package. I have spoken to one of the customer care center employees about this issue and all that I was advised is to return the helmets for a refund. Given the amount of time that it is going to take to return it, and the amount of money that I am going to lose because I bought it on a Black Friday special and it is now more costly to repurchase and the import tax that I will have to pay again on the new order I am willing to install the communication system myself if Motordinn can send me the 2x N-Com B902L systems with the ESS seeing that I already purchased it with the helmets in the first place.
