Bad customer service along with customs

Ive ordered shoes 31 August 2022 and i was supposed to receive my sons shoes latest 24 September thats what their online website side , along with customs the shoes have been there since last week im going to be a bad mothet who cant fulfil promises to her son hence its his graduation day on the 22 October
