Awful returns policy

Bought some swimrun shoes at close to £80 from runnerinn having used other tradeinn platforms previously without issue. Postage was £5.99.

I ordered the size I always order, but on this occasion, this particular brand - which is not a mainstream brand - was not true to size, meaning I would need the size below (through no fault of my own).

When I looked into returning them and getting them exchanged, it turns out I'd have to pay over £11 for the return postage, and then another £5.99 for postage on the new pair. So over £23 in postage just for one pair of shoes.

This isn't acceptable. It's not like I ordered the wrong size - the sizing of the shoe is just incorrect. I contacted tradeinn and they didn't seem to care or take my point on board - they just said they sent the right size, completely ignoring the point I made, hence this review.

Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. They'll need to resolve this issuemore professionally to win back my trust.
