Avoid TradeInn
Avoid ordering products from this online vendor, in this case the division TechInn, because you are very unlikely to receive the product you paid for with shipping costs. I ordered and paid for a DVD player (R1121.99) advertised as in stock along with a shipping charge of R566.99. The latter should have been my first alarm bell because 'in stock' meant Spain and shipping costs meant shipping to the Netherlands and then presumably to Cape Town. Worst was local delivery by the South Africa Post Office! I should have consulted Hellopeter before I entered into this transaction, only to loose ZAR1688.98. Lesson learnt!!

14 Feb 2024, 16:42I finally collected the product I bought from Trade Inn. The delay in delivery was not the fault of TradeInn or its international courier PostNL. The fault lay with the South African Post Office. According to the manifest, my product arrived in RSA by 29 November 2023, was received by my local post office on 14 December 2023 but I was only messaged to collect it on 14 February 2024...absolutely incredulous!!!
