AVOID THESE CLOWNS

On 25 May 2020 I ordered a pair of hiking shoes. More than 3 (three) months later there is no sign of them. The parcel cannot be traced. After two previous complaints the business only now says it is going to investigate. I have demanded a refund - no response. I paid the equivalent of an Amazon courier fee , but this lot sends the parcel by mail. They are either dishonest or grossly inefficient or both.
