Poor customer service. Have not received package

Had the worse experience with this shop . I am from South Africa . I made an order of sports clothes on the 02/11/23 and I still have not received my package. It has been over 2 months .when I track my package on their website it says no information about delivery. I have the receipt and the tracking information they initially put in there before now removing it . When I try to chat to customer service they respond with automated messages nothing helpful
